Yep, she was super efficient when I wanted to change mine. I had to delete cookies and all sorts of stuff before it started showing up properly though.

Hmm I mailed charlotte about mine last week and it hasnt happened. I dont know whether to chase up or just stay the same...really hard to think of a new one and I didn't want you lot to not know who I was anyway
