How long have you all been with your H2Bs?

We have been together 12 years , since I was 15! I always knew he was the one ?

We have been together for 2 years and 9 months and by the time we get married we will have been together for just over 4 years.

I didn't know immediately that he was the one, but after 3 months of dating I was sure!

If I changed the 10 years to 13 years in your post victoriamarie; I could have written this post word for word myself - we're exactly the same...even the bit down to having a tough 4 or 5 years being ready to get married! ?

When we get married we'll have been together for 6 years and 7 mths agree with everyone when you know you know and time limits dont matter! x

Dont think age matters well be 21 and 23 when we get married.. weve been together since we were 14 and 16 and have a house and have settled down so why not eh! lol x

we met in 2005, were friends for a couple of years, started going out in 2007, moved in together after 18 months and got engaged a year after that so we would have been together 3 1/2 years when we get wed!

my manager got engaged on their 2nd date and got married a couple of months after, they have just celebrated their 10th anniversary!

We have to date been together 8years and 8months and by the time we get married it will 11 years!

We have been engaged since March 2005!

We've been together 4 years. Engaged for almost 2. I'll be 22 and OH 30 when we marry.

Wow it's not often I hear of people in a similar situation! I bet like me you've seen couples meet, get engaged, married and divorced during the time you've been together.

We'll have been together 3 years and 2 months when we get married, engaged 18 months before that, and I really do believe when you know you know x

Ive been with my finace since i was 16 (2004) we will have been engaged 3 and a bit years when we get married next year and together 7ish years. x

Scarily I have been with my H2B since 1989! Yikes a full 21 years... No children but very settled in our ways. I don't think there is a perfect time - it is different for everyone.

My h2b and I have been together since march 09 got engaged May 10 and getting married Sept 11

8 years aso most nine.

Will have been engaged 10 months and a day when we marry.

I'l be 27 he will be 28.

8 yrs in jan we have been engaged for 6 yrs

Been together for 7 & a half years - been engaged for 3. Our paths very briefly crossed in 2000 but we were both in a relationship. And then met properly and got together at Xmas in 2002.

We've been together 2 years and 5 months, and get married in October so will be 2 years and 8 months by then, and I knew him for about 2 years before we got together through my Dad. Got engaged last Xmas so had been together just under 2 years then. When it's right, it doesn't matter how long. My parents got together, got married and had me within a year of meeting, and are celebrating their 30th anniversary in October!

When we get married we will have been a couple for 2 years and 5 months (we got engeged after approx 5 motnhs but I have known OH for 26 years so he was hardly a stranger).

I think when you know you know, don't worry about what other people think if your happy then go for it.

Yeah same here - I don't really know anyone else in the same situation (well I do now) ). I definitely know what you mean when you say you've seen couples get together, get engaged, married and divorced and some with kiddies in the same amount of time you've been together. I used to get sad about it; but actually I'm really pleased that we're lucky enough to still be together without the major dramas a lot of other couples seem to go through - although easy to say once you're planning the wedding though hey! ;-)

We've been together 7 years today!!! I'm in the middle of putting together a three course meal for us tonight!

OH proposed on xmas day last year in front of all my family...definatly a brave move!!!

Ive been with my H2B for just over 2 1/2 years and met him via the internet we messaged each other for a couple of days then chatted on the phone (for around 2-3 hours at a time!!) with no awkard silences it was like i'd known him all my life!! - he moved in with me after 6 months and proposed after 9 months on my 30th birthday! x

We have been together just over 2 and 1/2 years, and when we get married it wil b nearly 5 years....i also believe you know when the time is right, my parents have been together over 30 years and so has my hubby to bs parents, although as I have been married before some of my friends have said it maybe to soon, our families are very happy for us..
