I miss the weekly Good/Bad thread...

Good - finished seating plan, favours and placecards

Good - had most of the week off

Good - managed to get a bargain on my guest book

Bad - my sister bought a white dress to wear to my wedding

Bad - its pouring down and very windy

Bad - late shift tonight

It's sometimes on the OT forum, i've not seen it here in a while though

Good: Pretty much got everything sorted wedding wise

Good: Had my dress on again

Good: 3 weeks today!!

Good: Got rid of my stupid heart monitor and got my brain wave scan out the road

Bad: Will still be 2-3 weeks till i get results- hoping its nothing bad just before the wedding

Bad: OH is driving me mental - thinks he is playing a huge part in organising things but if i give him ANYTHING to do he gets all stressed and 'why do i have to'

Bad: Still got 3 months after the wedding till our honeymoon

Bad: Can still do nothing right wedding wise, venue, meal, RO, decorations. No one seems to get the whole 'small wedding' thing and i'm getting 'but we could all just come to the RO'

Good: Moving house next week to a much nicer flat

Good: Have a 5day weekend

Bad: Its pissing down

Bad: My feet are all wet from walking in the rain☹️

Good: Will be booking a holiday with the deposit I get back from my current flat

I think it hasn't been started in WP for the last couple of weeks as Mellow Yellow used to start then without fail! She got married a couple of weeks ago and is on Honeymoon at the moment.

Good -I love this 3 day working week malarky.

Bad - the 3 day working week malarky is almost over.

Good - this time next week it's my Hen!!

Good/Bad: I have an interview this afternoon. Really really want this job so I'm nervous as all heck

Good: Only in work until 1 for this reason so a 2 and a half day week is winning!

Good: OH has a mate coming down this weekend so he has someone more enthusiastic to watch the Wales game with. I like watching I just can't do the commentary throughout that he loves

Good: HIS CAST CAME OFF THIS MORNING!!!!!!! WOOP

Good: My mum has an interview today as well and is mega excited as she's been consulting/getting bored for 2 years. Lots of crossed fingers please ladies

Looks like it's all good this week. Makes a change!

Good: Short week, definitely makes work a lot better.

Good: Tax consultancy have plan in place to sort out tax mess my company caused by messing up my transfer to UK.

Bad: Dad's partner is in hospital (hopefully not serious but not good) and I feel awful that I live in a different country and can't be there to help.

Bad: As a result of above, Dad and partner are v unlikely to visit as planned next week which I was so excited about especially as they are the only "home" people excited about our wedding.

GOOD - fbil wedding last weekend was a blast

Good- sorted out venue decoration

Good- found an ice cream trike in budget

Bad- OH is still struggling to get a full time job so money is getting more of an issue

Bad- family are stressing me out

Good - It is still halfterm till tuesday

Good- it is friday so OH will be home with me tomorrow

Good- have pretty much all wedding stuff that can be sorted this early on sorted

Good- went out with one of my bridesmaids last night for tea

Bad- have the hangover from hell

Bad- my grandad is still in hospital

Bad: Came home from Bulgaria last weekend to this rain, have the holiday blue's

Good: My best friend told me yesterday she is pregnant, due 13th December

Bad: this means she cant come to my wedding any more as its abroad and theres no way she can afford it, so i'll miss her sooo unbelievably much!!!

Good: Found a replacement bridesmaid in my best friends sister who i am also pretty close with

Good: Going to view the final venue tommorrow for my UK reception

Good: Only had a two day week at work this week

Bad: Weather is rubbish

Good: Met my OH 6 years ago today so we are off to Jamie's (Olivers) Italian tonight to celebrate

Amazing ordered wedding dress

Good all wedding invite stuff arrived

Bad I just ate a Chinese not good For the diet

Bad little one is teething and pooping round the clock!( someone please explain to me why children do this!)

Good - 3 day week although it was for me this week anyways so get 2 days lieu back.

Good - got a new car on monday and got more for my old one than I thought.

Good - all wedding plans are coming along nicely.

Good - my cousins new baby who has been very ill in hospital may be able to come home soon!

Good/Bad - meeting with photographer today to finalise and pay final payment.

Good: I got loads of weddingly stuff sorted yesterday

Good: I had the day off work

Bad: I had the day off because I had a minor medical proceedure done on Thursday which when drastically wrong and entailed 4 hours of A+E Thursday Night

Bad: I've never been in so much pain

Good: Codeine

Good: OH has been an absolute gem

Bad - Really miss OH, he's been in London all week

Good - He's home tomorrow!

Good - Will be sorting all deposits next week to finalise date

Good - Probate registry will be moving next week, and will take all the stress away, because

Bad - my working tax credits stop because I only work 20hrs a week and OH is a student til August.

Good - I spent a lovely evening at dress designer's shop drinking champagne and chopping and changing calico dress designs and lovely-hold-everything-in-under-yer-dress corsets

Bad - worked overtime today

Good - got asked to do so, so get paid extra!

Good - met up with my friend for a coffee this arvo

Good - off to a health spa for the day tomorrow with my bestie and her mum

Good - have stuck to my diet and lost about 6lbs in 3 weeks, and am back to being a size 8

Bad - I am quite hungry!

Good - been 3 day week!

Good - Honeymoon booked

Good - bought more weddingy bits

Bad - naff weather and nasty rain!

Bad - realising my next holiday is our honeymoon!

Bad - working 5 days next week!

Good - the vicar said yes so we're going to get married in a beautiful church, and we now have a provisional date which is also free with our preferred reception venue

Bad - I now have to plan a wedding and am soooo scared!

Bad - I'm unsure if 2 of my bridesmaids will be able to be at the wedding cos one of them might not be able to miss a day of her PGCE course (our date is a friday) and one of them already has 5 weddings to attend next year, but OH is adamant that we shouldn't have to plan our wedding around anyone other than close family cos those that really want to be there will sort it out if they have a years notice

Good - OH did a budget and it looks like we can afford to do a fair amount of saving each month as well as paying the finance on his new car, so wedding budgets don't seem quite as scary

Bad - my 3 day week at work was one of the most stressful I've ever had, and I've got to do work this weekend to try and get back on an even keel before next week

Good - next weekend is a friends hen do - first one I've ever been on!

Good - bought wedding dress!

Good - had lovely break in Portugal with fiancé

Good - fiancé's friends were over from Denmark so was lovely to spend the day with them yesterday

Good - Denmark beating Holland in the football, go Denmark!

Bad - back to work tomorrow, boo

Good/Bad - fiancé off to Copenhagen on Thursday until Monday ... will miss him but on the plus side I get the flat to myself for the weekend, am going to invite my sister round so we can watch Bridesmaids

Bad - MASSIVE work meeting on Thursday morning which means the next three days will be stressful!

To be fair, my 'bads' are more like 'not-so-goods'. I don't have it half bad at all.
