I wouldn't worry too much about taking a list with you. Any good photographer will do the standard group shots as a matter of course, and at your meeting with them they are most likely to ask you for names etc of the key people.

One thing to seriously keep in mind is that if you have a single photographer, and you run late in getting ready, these images will be partially lost. (Not the photographers fault) Some can be recaptured later, although not all.

The tradition of the bride being allowed to be late is for her h2b and the wedding, not the photographer?

Seriously though, please do keep this point in mind

This was the BIG bonus for me of having two photographers cover our wedding! I think the shots of H2B at the church before I arrive are just as important - if not more so than me having my makeup put on!!

Are your team of footie players turning up in full kit??? (And are they involved in the Your Game football tounament again this year?)

Thankfully no!! They did the local heats, but didn't get through this time - they were pretty gutted! But to be fair they did try to start fights with the other teams after their matches, so they didn't deserve it this year!!

You mentioned some time ago that they won the 2006 event in Southampton.....Do you have a video of the event? If not, I can try to dig one out....
