My first fitting - Finally a dress flash!!!!

So it was my first fitting today, my bridesmaid and I made the 250 mile round trip for the fitting and it fits perfectly. No alterations required. However the hoop I bought didn't look right with my dress (so I have a spare hoop if someone would like to make me an offer ?) so I bought one from the dress shop which is fab, just having it made smaller so it doesn't fall down my bum!

Here we go, all tried on with PGs jewelery Excuse the face and glasses - they will both be fixed on the day. Oh the hair too! That was just clipped back quickly! It was a lot lighter than I remember, but sales assistant did remind me that the size 18 with lots of foam stuffed down the back would be heavier as it was more material. I had a 'well der' moment!

Do you know, I don't usually like traditional wedding dresses with big skirts and ruches so usually I just don't comment but your dress, with you in it, is really really beautiful. It would never suit me but it looks completely 100% right on you! Oooh you've opened me eyes a bit today! Did you feel amazing when you put it on?

? Aww thanks. I've been so hungry for the past few months as I was stressing that the dress wouldn't fit as I ordered it 18 months ago in a 6 ? and had 18 months of uni eating! Thankfully the back won't go any tighter so I can eat and it will fit for a long time! So stir fry tonight! Woop!

The hoop that I have for sale but yet to do anything with is a 3 tiered hoop with a layer of net over it. I also have some hen do invites that I bought and never bothered sending out - It's still on my to-do list and it's a bit late now!
