I've been thoroughly impressed by the girls on this site. Helpful, funny and able to cope with a bit of banter! I've posted on another site a bit and people seem to get terribly upset if someone disagrees with them. I much prefer this honest, yet supportive approach. (I'm in an 'annoyed with sycophants' kinda mood!)

Its a good forum... and plenty of help, advise, recommendations, support when the wobbles happen.. i got one when I first got my dress.. is it the right one - its great here.

Yes it is Orsett Hall in Essex. We are getting married on 2 July 2011. My partner Kevin and i have been together 10 years and never thought we would get married. But we have finally decided to take the plunge. I am still in the early planning stages. I have been to a few shops to try on some dresses and yesterday i fell in love with one, a Trudy Lee dress. But i'm still not sure so will continue to look. Thank you for the warm welcome and will definitely appreciate the honest opinions about any questions i will have to ask
