Ladies and Funkyone, is is time for the grand opening of our eagerly anticipated OT Secret Santa Opening!! *round of applause from all*

I am happy to report we only appear to have 7 people who have yet to receive, this is amazing considering we have a whopping 61 participants!! So each and every one of you, give yourself a huge festive pat on the back!!

For those that have not received, please do not fear, this has been a busy week for royal mail and I have spoken to the lovley people at the sorting office when collecting parcels myself and they are working flat out, first class is taking 5plus working days to be delivered in some areas due to the popularity of online shopping! Please add in your photos when you receive!! all your SS will be contacted to ensure they have been posted..

ANYWAY........lets get on with the unwrapping!!! It would be nice to flash a before pic of your gift all wrapped and an after of the present unwrapped! Plus anything else you would like to say to your SS!! There will be a reveal thread for those that would like to know who posted theirs..if people want this that is?!

I will kick off..now i did not offer to organise this secret santa to receive any kind of gift, I offered as I thought id have less to do at work due to having a replacement by now and taking things easy (ha! those that know will understand this has not been the case!!!) so imagine my surprise when a large box was delivered earlier on in the week!! Once opened, i noted a card and saw 4 lovely gifts awaiting me!! a surprise for an 8mth pregnant women=tears and over emotion-ness so a great big thank you to ATB for making THE most amazing card ever and for anyone who was involved in this little surprise!!!

and after opening..well..someone knows me VERY well as i have a selection of amazing Benefit make up products and a much needed large make up bag, I cannot tell you how much I love this, especially with baby flow here soon and knowing all my pennies will be going on them and not lovely treats like this Smiley smile so thank you thank you thank you naughty hitchers!!! ❤️


So, over to you follks! I know some of us arnt around this evening (I have a pic of peanut L&Ls gift) and also Claire lous out and mrs imps on honeymoon..so pictures will be flashed tomorrow too!!

    Oh my goodness, I am genuinely overwhelmed by my amazing presents!! My very talented SS has gone to so much effort and I am so thankful for them, they are absolutely brilliant. It's going to be flash heavy so here goes..

    Before:


    I had a box all wrapped up and inside were 3 more little presents!

    Knitted converse, pink hat and gloves and some chocolates ❤️

    OK, am on pooter now.

    Here is before. Beautifully wrapped with lovely note.


    Here is after. Please note that my photography skills are next-to-nil. I added a beer and my glasses for interest.


    I got a Mr Men Christmas bookmark. I do not have a bookmark and this will prove very useful. As it stands, far too much of my "me (loo) time" is spent finding the right page - this will expedite matters considerably. I got the Ben Goldacre Bad Science book. I love his blog and this will prove to be fab. I will wear my geek-chic glasses and lab coat while I read it. And a lovely notebook. I love stationery. I have been looking for a notebook for my Las Vegas plans and I think we have a winner.

    Thank you SS. Sorry to be a bore but I'm never keen on finding out who SSs are (although I did look up the postmark location to see if I could have a pop). You will have to burst with silent pride. I love my gifts.

    Love my SS thank you whoever you are. A stack of Cadburys chocolate (my fave) and a recipe book for potatoes. A very clever SS who must have hunted down past comments and my love of potatoes - any style/flavour etc.

    Flow - glad you liked your SS (well not quite that secret anymore ?. We truly are great OT'ers. Makes me feel all fluffy.

    This is great - OH is watching SPOTY and I am happily refreshing OT to see what everyone has got. I'm not giving ANYTHING away, but I am SO pleased that my SS seems to like her parcel as well.

    Feeling all fluffy now. Or maybe that's the 3rd large glass of red! (Not on shift tomorrow!!)
