I'm having trouble with the same thing, i have a 5 month old kitten and she will wee on the duvet and on towels (if left on the floor) and she's also pee'd on the bottom of my curtains.

Its not all the time and i dont let her in the bedrooms now just incase, i'm not sure she's marking teritory as its not all the time and she does use the litter tray. I will be getting her done at 6 months though so i'm hoping it will stop then.

Sorry i'm not much help xx

Sorry to disappoint but having them 'done' isn't always the cure. My parents cats do this occasionally and they are now about 9 years old despite having never done it before until a year ago and both of them have been snipped.

Make sure the litter tray is always clean incase they don't want to go into it if they have done a mess in there already. x

I think he's just being lazy!!! he had made a bit of a mess in his tray so im hoping thats why he did it. has been using the tray fine all day so we'll have to wait and see!!!

yes teehee he does love me!!! could have chosen a cleaner way of showing it though!!

    Aww crazy cat lady ahoi!

my cat did this at first. If it is wee and not spraying, then it is more out of comfort and laziness.

He peed there because his litter tray wasn't in the right place (silly cat!) and because the bed smelt of sleep, thus a bit musky so he mistook it for a litter tray. We washed the bed instantly after and any time he started to scratch around the bed we took him to the litter tray (sometimes we were a bit late and he was midflow). Now we have no problems at all ?

Hiya, we have two cats and one is a lot more fussier when it comes to the cleanliness of his litter tray, so much so we got this super dooper one that cleans the litter for you Smiley smile This doesn't always help and i just think he is being fussy, luckily he has a spot in the toilet and that's the only other place he goes.
