Personalised polymer cake toppers -

We got ours from My Mini You; https://minifyme.co.uk and it is fab.

Their prices start form £109 for a wedding couple, ours was fuly personalised (outfits, bouquet etc) and cost £140 ish I believe.

We got ours from an eBay seller called 2010tme1.

She sells couples on her website for £95 but we won one of her auctions and got a couple for £25.99! We were (luckily!) the only bidders. I haven't seen it yet as it isn't due to arrive until October and she is only taking bookings for weddings in November 2012 and onwards.

I was thinking of making my own, as I've previously made other things out of polymer clay. They probably won't be as detailed as the professional ones, but would be nice to have something I made myself ?

I'm not just looking for a personalised bride and groom. My H2B is a classic car fan and owns a 1970's ford mustang so I want to have a cake topper made that includes this with both of us sat in it.

Something like this - (only with the car being based on his own car)

I've ordered one from Skyrocket for my wedding next month, she had lovely figures and great prices too which didn't bust my budget. Haven't seen it yet though so can't comment on quality etc. Will flash if required once I've seen it.
