Save the date cards?

I'm sending mine out in about 5 wks, so people hopefully receive them one year to the date.

As soon as my OH has decided on a venue we will be sending ours out. We are looking at about sending at about 18 months as we aren't having many children apart from our son and 2 others, and we are having people all over the country (and possibly a couple from abroad) so we want to give people enough time to sort travel and accommodation etc

As soon as we're booked i think we'll be sending the save the dates. We want to get married on the 18th august 2012 so need to give people plenty of notice before they book holidays near the bank holiday!

We are gettng Married this August and sent ours out Mid Novemeber. I think the earlier the better! xx

We're getting married Sept 1st 2012, so I think we'll be sending our save the dates mid Feb, with invites going out perhaps early June.

In all the wedding planning books (i seem to have loads of them!) they say to send them out 9 months before, although i'm getting married 30th August 2012 and very eager, so will probably send them in the next couple of months. ? .

Does anyone know a good cheapish place to get save the date magnets?? x

I'm getting married april 2012 and have just sent out my save the date cards on friday but some people still havent got so hopeing they are slow deliveries.

Wedding is May 2012 and most of my save the dates have already gone out. Just a few more to do.
