Well my H2B is punk.....so anything goes. I would never ask him to wear a suit on our wedding day as i know it just wouldn't be him. So picture Punk.....and that's my H2B lol x

My OH really wanted a cane with a diamond on the end, he very nearly got his own way but I managed to get enough people to convince him he would look like a pimp. He still goes on about it though.

A penguin suit, as in a penguin costume!!!

ive told him if i turn up and he is wearing it, there is no way im walking up the aisle! he keeps telling ppl he'll be wearing a penguin suit and they go "oh a proper tux" and he says "no, i'll look like a penguin" they look at me and i have my head in my hands!

its become such an on going joke, im a little concerned he will tuen up in one over his suit!!! ?

i can imagine some purple velvet suits can look really smart but i keep thinking of the episode of DTTB when he dresssed up as Willy Wonka!

Mine wanted a sword. I told him he'd look like something the tourists would want a photo of in the royal mile in edinburgh.

But he didnt, he wanted a dirk but told me he wanted a sword so Id cave in at the dirk.

a dirks smaller but was still a bloody big knife. Bigger than I hoped. my father wasnt that impressed.....

Not my OH, but the ushers have asked if they can wear dumb and dumber suits to the reception. And I think they're serious! Interestingly, my OH didn't seem to think this was a problem ?. Although he might have been on the wind up with that one... I'm not going to mention it again in the hope that they'll forget about it in the next two years!
