Have u tried the royal victoria and bull hotel, i know it doesnt look that great from the outside4 but inside it is lovely, had my first wedding reception there and it is fairly big and 15 mins drive from cooling.

I'm sorry I can't really suggest anywhere because I'm not from the area so not much help but I just wanted to say I went to a wedding at cooling last autumn and it was gorgeous, a beautiful venue, lovely staff, hotel rooms and food. Good choice!!
