I heard this too, Im sure someone on here suggested it. I used it in the run up to the wedding and it did work, I've been using it since being upduffed too as I'm getting a few outbreaks as well.

I use it on spots when I get them, I put it on overnight and then in the morning they tend to have died down loads and the redness has gone. Works a treat normally!

I've used sudocreme on spots since I was a teen. Works a treat. It's also good on eczema too, should anyone ever need a cream for that!

Yep. Just dab the cream on top of the spots - don't rub it in.

Yep - It is great for spots and I use it on ezema too!

I get (non upduffed) related spots and I use a Tea tree oil toner wiped over the area then a layer of sudocreme over the area at night!

I also like putting TCP on spots at night, it really zaps them, but stinks!

    It's great for spots.

I always have some in my bathroom cabinet and my baby's 15 now, she puts it on any spots before going to bed at night and it works well.

I always use this on spots. It's brilliant. If you think it is made to be antiseptic and take away redness then it makes sense.

I never knew you could use sudocrem on spots until someone mentioned it on Towie but apparently it works really well.

I find sudocream works better than anything else to get rid of spots, been using it for years and had pesky teenage spots. As someone else said if you leave it on overnight it should reduce a fair bit by morning. I made H put it on a spot the other night too haha. Its a wee miracle worker!

However, I have more recently been using this /spots-acne.html which has been working a treat. I've never suffered with bad acne, but can have outbreaks when its my time of the month. You can buy it over the counter in the chemist, and it comes in different strengths.

If Chezza Cole does it then its fine by me.

Aappzo its the best kept slep secret, I coat my face with it before bed. MrMini finds this off putting. Reminds him of nappy rash.

    ?

So apparently Sudocrem is a miracle skin treatment and baby wipes + baby oil are miracle cleaners... anything else?! Now if someone could find a use for, say, dirty nappies...!

Agree with Bepanthen tip - found it worked better on nappy rash that Sudocrem.

I use Sudocrem a lot too - works greats on cuts etc, even my dad uses it when he has big cuts on his hand!

Oh and babywipes for everything! I actually don't know what I did before I had Ruby as use them loads. Great for cleaning leather sofas and I can rope in Ruby to help now too!

I used to use egg whites for nappy rash on my son. Break and egg, separate yoke from white, and smear a thin layer on the affected area, put any remander in the fridge, and use next time. Just leave the nappy off until the egg white has dried or it sticks to their bum!
