Rah they've made a right eff up of this. I've lost my ticker, my signature, my avatar, half my post count and the original date I joined. DWC is still googleable and still on the forum but I can no longer access that profile. They've effectively given me a new profile and moved my email address to it. I might as well have flipping started a new username myself!

If you click on your profile then it's showing your email address. You want to tell them to get it sorted ASAP

Have you tried logging off and logging back on again, mine went all hinky to start with then fixed it self after I logged in again

Raah! I'm fed up of the powers that be at hitched recently. Not one of them has contacted me back, just made a right mess with my profile and now my real name is on display for all to see!

Oh no! I hope it sorts itself out, I know there were a couple of teething problems when I changed name (posted a couple of times in the 'old' name and it looked like I only had 2 posts and no avatar) but it righted itself out. Looks like yours is more complicated ? hope they can fix it for you!

How weird they’ve halved your posts and joined you in june last year!
