The weekend good/bad thread

Bad: I'm working 13 hours shifts on Saturday AND Sunday

Good: This is my only weekend on in 5 weeks of placement so I can't really complain!

BSB, I'm sure you will look great on your wedding day, try not to stress although I know it's hard x

Good - its the weekend and i really need it

Good - I booked a Videographer a bit last minute

Good - I am going shopping for my hen do outfit tomoro

Good - Me an OH have planned a hot date together tomoro night

Bad - we are seriously skint and Budget is shot dont know how we're going to manage!

Bad - I have got too much to do and too little time to do it in

Good: The sun is shining and the weekend is here

Good: Having my birthday present from OH and going to see twilight next week in London

Good: Have found a really nice venue (thanks Jumblygirl) and made an appointment to view

Bad: Have found out that I have an intolerance to all added preservatives, flavourings etc which results in me getting a lovely skin rash Not nice in this weather when I am roasting and have to cover up

Bad: OH has found World of Warcraft and disappears into a worlsd of his own!!!

Good: Me and my other half have a whole weekend to ourselves

Good: We are going to be making some wedding decision this weekend

Good: I have just had a huge piece of choccy cake!

Bad: We had cake becasue a friend was leaving work

Good: It's the weekend

Bad: It's a busy one

Bad: Next weekend is OH's stag do and after Wed's activity I'm really worried about him going away but getting myself all stressed internally about it cos I don't want him to know just how worried I am. Here's hoping this is a thread he doesn't contribute to as he seems to like it here now after joining in yesterday with the boudiour thread!

Good: Having a BBQ just me and H tonight ?

Good: Having dinner/s with lots of friends over the weekend

Good: I intend to drink copious amounts of alcohol due to an awful week at work

Good: Going to see SATC2 at some point

Bad: Mum goes into hospital on Sunday for her operation on Monday

Bad: Working Sunday morning

Good: Sun is back

Good: Going to put the deposit down on sunday for the venue

Good: OH has promised to do all the housework for me before i finish work on sunday so i can have my 4 days off in peace

Bad: I HAVE NO MORE MONEY TIL PAYDAY ☹️

Bad: Working 12 hours on sat

good/bad: me and OH have sun off 2gether/ this is the only day we have this week 2gether as i go back on nites on thurs and he finishes work on wed!

Vebec sounds like you're going to need to be a good friend at the minute. Hope you get a break on your trip.

bethan - ooh bbq for 2 sounds lovely (although actually not for me as my OH wd get stroppy!). Sorry to hear about your crappy week at work, hope you have a lovely relaxing w/e and lots of good vibes for your mum x

Good: Me and OH is off out for dinner and a few drinks tonight

Good & bad: Off out tomorrow night for a hen night meal with the female members of the family. Bad: OH's mother is coming.

Good: BBQ sunday!!!

Good: OH is off work most of the weekend so we'll get some family time

Good: I've lost another 4lb this week YAY!

Good: OH has got a pool car for 2 weeks until his car arrives. It was pot luck which one he got but it just happens to be his dream car so he's in a very good mood (until he has to hand it back)

RaeF - sorry I'm rubbish at reading between the lines but are you worried that something will happen to OH when he's away or worried about you being home alone?

Good - Its OH weekend off this weekend

Good - I'm going to the races with work tonight

Good - Viewing our final house tomorrow

Bad - I have no money to spend at the races so everybody will be drinking and i will be on the coke

Bad - We are going around to MIL2B for sunday dinner, and she always gets up really early to make it and we have to warm it up at 6 when we get there, its not very nice!!

BSB, I have a three day weekend next week (woohoo!) after another two long days, plus monday and wednesday off so not all bad. I do prefer long days.

Thanks I am finding it really difficult. We have found 2 houses that we are really loving!!

The one we are looking at tomorrow, isnt gonna have the 'wow' factor as we know the kitchen and bathroom will need doing BUT its a detatched house and in a great area (basically the other side of the road to my parents lol) and even though its £30k over our budget its a repossesion house and my financial advisor thinks we'll get a bargain if we try, so if we got it, it'll be worth having to wait to do the bits that need doing in it!

Good - it's my birthday tomorrow!

Good - my job interview and presentation for an amazing v.big job went really well yesterday.

Good - I'm making headway with cleaning my house today - not had a day off in ages to be able to get to grips with it.

Good - Lots of glastonbury coverage to watch this weekend

Bad - I'm not going to glastonbury because I'm too old and mumzy and past it to be rock and roll anymore ?

Bad - Not heard back from interview yet. I'm on pins and my poor 2 year old DS is wondering what's up with his buzzing about like a lunatic mummy.

Good - I get to see the OH!

Good - going to a BBQ tomorrow night and the weathers to be good!!

Good - I've only joined the gym but Iv started feeling better already!

Bad - Im on call tonight and working tomorrow morning!

BAD - me and OH have had an awful week. For those of you who didnt read my stress head post about OH's grandad, basically the hospital here have really messed things about and MIL has not had the break she deserves this week because of all this mess

GOOD - its sunny and Dio has settled in really well. Infact too weel he's a very naughtyt moggy!!!

Bad - I've finally accepted i'm the size of a bungalow and need to shed some weight PRONTO.

Good - Hubby is taking me out for a meal to celebrate my birthday (which isnt till Monday)

Badish - I'm tired but I've promised to take mother to see her grand daughter appear in her school play (shakespeare, yawwwwwn)

Bad - spending all tomorrow writing up my final school reports as I have 5 days of employment left.

Good - weathers glorious and so far my skins not reacted to any UV thanks to my new sun lotion. I even have to wear it in the car!

Bad - our main dual carriageway near by is single lane traffic at slow speed...takes forever to go anywhere.

Good - TFI the weekend!

Bad: I am now on gardening leave and will be redundant from my job next friday

Bad: I've had to tell our cleaner we dont require her services whilst i'm unemployed - this means i have to clean the house myself? ?

Good: I've had one interview this week and got another on monday

Good: Jewellers called and my wedding ring is ready for collection ?

Good: OH paid for our honeymoon this week (going to South Africa & Mauritius)

Good: Wedding 3 months today excatly!

Oh Reaf hope you're ok?

Good: it's finally the weekend

Bad: got to leave OH for a week to attend a course

Bad: still no dress and no further forward with that at the moment

Bad: I've got to pack

Good: it's sunny and off out for dinner

BSB - I have 63 days to go!!!!!!!!!!!

But more jobs on my list than 63 so need to really pull my finger out xx

BoroKate - I'm worried about something happening here again whilst he's away. I'll might stay with my parents but I need to come back here and feed / water the animals in which case I may as well just sleep here.

Emmy (I think, loosing track of who said what now!) - both OH and I are ok, just saw what happened which wasn't nice at all!

Curlypanda - will def look into victimsupport if I still feel down next week. I've never had to deal with anything like this before so didn't even know something like that existed. Fingers crossed I never need them again!!

Thanks everyone else for hugs and wishes - this wasn't really what I wanted with 6 weeks to go but it's happened now and time to deal with it...

When i got my car broken into the police sent me information about victim support so they should be sending you something xxx
