Too many ideas cant decide

Hello, I have based mine round my dress as it's red so it's going to be a red/ivory theme. Have you decided on a venue yet as you could look at the room where you are going to be having your reception to see if there is anything that would or wouldn't go with it? Keep an eye out for bridal mags as well, they are always full of lots of ideas.

my favourite colour is purple and was going to have BM's in this but.. I changed my mind and I'm getting married in Cadbury purple, BM in Lilac and probably silver and white theme too.

but would help to know what you have thought about already, you may find that your first few thoughts would be the right ones.

Type of dress you are having, time of the year.. summer is lovely and can have lots of bright colours.. or muted/pastels.

type of venue could be a help too..

I always love weddings that have a mix of colours (makes things sooo much easier), even just using a theme of shades of a colour e.g. blues/greens/pinks

I think the venue is the key to choosing the colour - although I can't speak as I haven't fully decided on my colour scheme either! I am getting married/having the reception in an english country garden, so my colour scheme is probably going to be pastels/dusty pink/lilacs etc...

What sort of venue are you having? You are having a summer wedding, so maybe look at flowers that are in season (if you want to keep the cost down). That may help with the colour decisions.... Its a minefield. You are right, there are far too many choices. Sometimes I just feel like I am getting nowhere and all I do is look at the internet and magazines!

Have you had your BMs out shopping yet?? I would go for a few wee dress trying on sessions with them and you will find a colour which suits them well and you like, and then you have your colour scheme! Sometimes it takes seeing the colours as a dress, iykwim, to really decide if you like them!

I love love love the colour pink ? so that was our cdolour scheme sorted lol

Don't worry colours will jump out at you, i started off with my dress ivory bm red, but now my dress is wine/deep red and bm are now a champagne, i think the best thing is to take your bm dress shopping and try on lots of dresses even ones you don't like on the hanger(which is what i did and these dresses i loved on my bm) goodluck with your planning x

No i havent been shopping yet with BM's but i thinki will wait till then before i look any further as im just boring myself- and other people im sure lol
