undies for the big day

After reading some posts from the lovely hitched ladies, I abandoned the idea of a basque as my dress has a corset and I thought I may be too hot in it. I have gone for this set instead, from figleaves....

Ive probably squished the photo so the poor model looks a bit odd! Im a similar size to you, so dont go strapless often, but I figure the corset on my dress will give me support too.

I'm a big busted girl too, but luckily my dress is supportive enough to go without on the day. I have heard on here in the past though that Rigby & Peller do some lovely basques for bridal. I htink they are quite pricey though.

Zippy, went into the Rigby & Peller store and a bra alone was £90!!!! They are a bit out of my price range unfortunately but there were some rather beautiful bits in their.

I have bought Feya underwear and bikini from this site - couldn't see any bridal stuff there though. Good for normal stuff though and I found them cheaper than other places too.

before I realised I actually wasn't going to need it even if I changed my top at night. It doesn't look all that wonderful in the picture but it's really lovely in real life - the embroidery is very subtle and light gold-y coloured.

I bought a Rigby and peller opulence basque from an ebay store and it was £19.99 the same one was over a hundred at figleaves and it's lovely. Genuine article too ?

I owe you a big thank you Jem I took your advice and had a good look on ebay and have just purchased the same basque and grace briefs ? at the fabulous price of £42. woooohoooo. The briefs alone should have been £57. I am praying they fit and look as nice on me as they do on the model.
