Vistaprint are brilliant for these offers, I got two signs as well which turned out great. If you go to their website and register with them, you will get loads of these email offers through.

I clicked on the link you sent me then designed my banner but when I went to check out it says the price is £9.99 and I only clicked on the free small one

It's not working for me I clicked on the link and designed a small banner but at the checkout it's coming up as £9.99

Check that the £9.99 isnt P&P as you do still have to pay for that, if you select the slow option (21 days) its cheaper and generally comes quicker anyway.

No its not P&P this is the design I clicked on and the only thing I changed was the way the words fit on to the page

Once youhave made your first purchase with VP they tend to bombard you with offers so I only need to do this once, so its not an issue at all for me to forward this on to you

O the left hand side of the screen it says "add an arrow" just under design options

When you are typing out the text, on the left hand side it says click here for an arrow, hope this helps

There are only certain designs that are free, keep checking that what you are doing isn't something that costs extra, changing colours etc.
