Wedding nightmares!!! have they begun for u?

Yeah I've had a few. They mostly involve me missing the wedding because I can't do my hair/make up right, or being told last minute 'Its your wedding this weekend' and then panicking and having to organise everything last minute!

They're very unsettling!!

Even my OH had one the other week where the TOG didn't show up and he was scared I was gunna have a big strop as our TOG is my fave thing about our wedding!!!

I've only had one so far - Turning up to the venue, getting out of the wedding car, only to realise that I didn't have a dress..

I've had 2! A honeymoon one and a wedding one!

I've had two, thursday night i had one when i was having my wedding hair done and my ears were that big that they couldn't be hidden.

Last nights one was me turning up to the church in a red bridesmaid dress that was hideous and dirty, everyone was there but it was the wrong day and i had invited everyone to the rehearsal rather than the wedding!! :/ x

Iv had loads and the closer it gets the more i seem to have lol iv had them from like u ladies the day arriving and something missing hair lady makeup lady i had one where my dress was see through another my dad didnt have his suit on he was in his man u shirt and scruffy trainers and i refused to let him walk me down the aisle so many i also had a few dreams about oh leaving me before the wedding them ones i really hate

My makeup and hair being wrong would be my worst nightmare as well as being 4 hours late lol! x

This...which is ridic as I've already been planning for a year, my wedding is anything but last minute!

I've had a few but the one that sticks in my head was where my makeup kept crumbling and falling off and when I finally made it to the ceremony and started walking up the aisle I got a sudden upset stomach and sh&t right up the back of my dress ?

Mine are getting more frequent the closer we get to the wedding. I've had some right crackers in the past though, all of which are WTF?! type dreams. Last nights was that to teach D how to stand up straight at the altar we made him wear a thigh skimming wedding dress. And when i got in the car my intricate hair style all fell apart and i completely panicked and ran away from the wedding because i looked 'hideous'.

Oh and i had one last week as well. In the dream i decided that i was fed up of waiting and the wedding was being moved forward by five months and it was taking place that coming weekend in lincoln. I phoned D and told him he had to get to lincoln immediately and he refused because he said there was no way everyone would get there in time. So i told him to meet me at the church anyway. I turned up in all my finery and he was there in jeans and a t-shirt and said he wouldn't marry me because i was mental.

Yes! It revolves around not fitting into my dress and being a,one at the venue. Have to say, if I don't get my fat ass into gear it my not be so much of a nightmare as fact.

I have had heaps and they get worse the closer you get lol

One involved me forgetting to buy shoes.

Another one was that i ran off and left everyone in Gretna while i came home.

Another was i got so pished on the day that i couldnt remember a thing.

Another was i belted a member of the wedding party after all the kids ran amok.

Another was that i turned up too late.

Hope it does mean the day will go smoothly cos my run up has been anything but lol

I had my first one last week, the day before I went to give notice about our wedding.

I dreamt that I hadn't checked my dress when it arrived, so only opened it 30 mins before the ceremony and it wasn't even a wedding dress. It was a cotton tartan print summer dress which didn't even fit!

I have just woken up from one where I gave birth on my wedding day before everyone had arrived. I wasn't even pregnant to begin with!

I've had a few, but the last one ended up with me getting changed in the church loos!

I had a dream where it was half 11 on the morning and no one had bothered to start getting ready, then I realised I hadn't shaved my legs which won't happen as getting them waxed. Really odd and random!!

When I first started planning I had an awful dream that we were getting married & people were just milling around, not listening or paying attention and my dad was wearing corduroy trousers & a jumper....the kindof thing he wears at weekends. I'm dreading what the nightmares will be like in the final weeks!!!

I had a similar dream last night.

In the dream i got out of bed and realised i had miscounted the days and was getting married that day. I only had half of my dress because i had miscounted and had to go to the dress shop and beg her to make the last bit of my dress. When i got home i realised i hadn't shaved my legs, only had fishnet stockings to wear and no one was dressed. The car arrived at half twelve and they were all lounging around on the bed wearing towels and slippers! I went mad that i was going to miss my own wedding and that D would be wondering where i was. I think in the end it was concluded that it was now 1.30 and i had missed the wedding and still had no dress on!

I've had loads, I seem to dream about something related to the wedding most nights at the moment. The other day I dreamt it was my wsdding day and I was sitting in my parents living room (3hrs away from the wedding) and we were waiting for the make-up and hair people to get there. We were all just chatting away as usual and then I suddenly realised it was already 5pm and I was supposed to get merried at 1pm. Then I was saying to my sister I can't believe no one phoned to ask why we weren't there and she looked at her phone and said "oh I've got a message from H2B". The message was "thanks very much for leaving me at the altar, I'm going on the honeymoon on my own!"

I've also dreamt about getting married in scruffy jeans and in a pub and lots of other weird scenarios.

Lol this has just had me belly laughing to myself. It would be a complete nightmare literally and i wouldn't be laughing if it happened for real but it just really made me chuckle.

Not exactly a nightmare but i did dream that i'd seen my dad going into poundland to buy a black anorack to wear for my wedding! I woke up giggling?

Yep i had my first proper one last week with 5 months to go so not looking forward to them becomin more frequent as the day gets closer!

It involved me waking up at 12.50..we marry at 1pm n the makeup lady not arriving, my hair was also not done then wen i put my dress on it was too big n wouldn't fasten up properly. I finally got to the church n my OH was stood outside in his jeans n tshirt turned around n saw me so i went mad as ''it's bad luck n we can't marry now''! xx

Some of these have really made me laugh!

Ive had several all of which are about things goin wrong! Funny how it's never about everything running smoothly. The most recent one was I woke up to be told it was my wedding day that day no one turned up to do hair or make up and I had to sort it myself which was fine apart from I had no bridesmaids and when I went to put my dress on it was bright red see through lace which ripped to bits when I put it on! I looked I the mirror and was crying as I looked so hideous. When I got to the ceremony oh told me it was worst I'd ever looked and he suggested we post poned the wedding til I looked more respectable! Think I hit him with my flowers before I collapsed in a heap crying!

I woke up in a cold sweat haha!
