What do you have for breakfast?

Please share.

I am looking for a new quick and easy breakfast during the week suitable for Winter. My fruit and fat free yogurt is just not cutting it now Summer is over ☹️

Nothing exciting I'm afraid. Cornflakes or toast and low fat spread usually.

So good, yet so very very bad!

Do you have butter on that too?

On a weekday, I normally take fruit and yoghurt to work and munch it throughout the morning.

On a weekend, usually a bacon sarnie.

I am a hideously unhealthy person. I usually have Oatso Simple porridge (golden syrup flavour!), or Shreddies or similar. I have been trying to have a fruit smoothie each morning now to try and be a bit more healthy.

    Low fat spread...

My husband can't understand why I have it for breakfast when I always moan that it's bloated me!

Most days I skip breakfast, I'm not hungry when I get up for work at 6:15am. I'll usually have a yoghurt when I come home at 9:30am.

Brown Toast with Nutella or Cheerios lately... ? Naughty I know. I am finding that these keep me filled up 'til lunchtime though.

Either home made maple syrup pancakes (WW recipe) with fruit or a crumpet topped with tomato puree, sauteed spinach and a poached egg

This morning it was Rice Krispies, although it took me 2 attempts as dozey me managed to pour regular milk on them instead of soya milk. Fortunately I realised before I took a mouthful!

At weekends I'm rather partial to a bacon and egg toasted butty.

I normally have a cup of tea (either normal or lemon and ginger) first thing. Mid morning I have scrambled egg and smoked salmon, weetabix or bacon and eggs. I can't eat too early.

(this morning I had leftover homemade curry!)

Either a cup of tea or a glass of orange juice in the week.

Bacon or sausage sarnie or cereal at the weekend (crunchy nut cornflakes or muesli).

I never eat breakfast as soon as I get up. I usually have toast and marmite at work at about 10.30am. I never eat breakfast at weekends as I dont usually surface until around 11ish and then its too late so just have lunch at about 1ish.

Porridge with a cup of coffee in the week. At the weekend H often kindly either makes me wonderfully creamy proper porridge or a poached egg on toast.

Shreddies on weekdays. Usually some kind of scrambled egg/mushroom/brie/toast affair for brunch on weekends (around 11 am ish).

At the moment I have wholemeal toast, coffee and some plain yogurt with honey and banana. But now it's getting a bit colder I'm going to make the switch to my winter breakfast of porridge with berries/syrup/whatever stirred into it.

I can't function without breakfast. I usually have cereal - either cornflakes, rice krispies or weetabix and banana. If I have time, I'll have scrambled egg on toast.

I have to have breakfast! Some of you have some right yummy food, I am feeling I need more scrambled eggs in my life, and also need to embrace pancakes more!

Weekdays porridge with a chopped banana and cinnamon mixed in. Weekends both start with coffee in bed, then Saturday is veggie sausage sandwiches made with homemade rosemary bread (for home-made read made in a bread maker) and Sundays are scrambled eggs on toast with the same bread.
