What hobbies does everyone have?

I am an amateur photographer in my spare time. I love nothing more than whipping my camera out! I also play the piano a little bit, but not much anymore since i moved out of my parents house (where the piano is)

D is a kayaker, and also plays the Trumpet really well. He reckons gaming is a hobby as well...

We took up archery a couple of months ago and are really enjoying it. Nice crowd at the club we go to and it is always lovely to meet new people.

Used to do quite a bit of gaming until it started to become an 'obligation' to log on due to not letting other people down so knocked that on the head.

Oooh archery sounds fun! I've done it a couple of times with school and guides and always end up with a bruise on my left forearm. I'm not very good at it lol

I love photography. Also sing and play cornet in a rock/blues band. I consider my rats a hobby as they take up a lot of my time!

Netball is my hobby, but I also like to sew and do crafty sorts of things. I'm getting into cooking and baking as well lately!

That's the game I was referring to. We were running various guilds and it became like a second job, so knocked it on the head all together!

I sew a craft and am currently trying to turn it from a hobby into a business which i hope won't ruin the enjoyment of it. I also like cake decorating and want to do a photography course. I used to be quite into runnig but shamefully don't think i would make it round the block now and must get back into it!

If you want to start, I highly recommend a book called Knitty Gritty! The author writes everything so clearly and the pictures are actually helpful. Lots of nice projects in there too! I knitted as a child and into my teens, when I picked it back up a few years ago, this was by far the most useful book I came across.

All sorts! I've made loads of chunky knit scarves (the first pattern in that book!) they make fab gifts for winter birthdays and Christmas, plus are dead quick to do. I also seem to do a fair few baby bootees, also using a pattern in that book. I've made a few shawls for myself and others. I made one half of a pair of socks once, can't remember why I never finished them!

There is a hot water bottle cover pattern in that book that I want to try next! I need to finish my fine dressy scarf first though, especially as it's been on my needles for over a year now and I keep picking up other projects.

Oooh, I have that book as well - it's very good! I haven't really made anything from it yet, but have been practicing a lot of the different stiches and feeling very proud of myself for doing so.

Knitting is cool, I don't care what my OH says!

I used to do community radio when I was younger but gave it up when I took a 2nd job as I was taking too much on, but I am currently reprising my radio career by being the question master/mistress for the annual on air charity quiz, the first one was on last night and it was great fun.

I also took up green bowling in May, although I haven't managed to get more than 10 games this season for various reasons. I took part in the beginners cup last month and got beaten by a 10 year old girl....

I'm not a serious player, I like to run about questing more than anything, I am a member of a guild, but I don't usually take part in their raids as I can't always meet their timings. I did join a raid yesterday which went terribly and they all decided to log back on at 3am to complete it (needless to say I told them that I had to live in the real world and go to bed for work)!!! I am so glad that I dont take it that seriously!!

I make handmades cards and lots of other handmade crafty things. Just a hobby, but in the run up to Christmas I sell at a farmers market and occassionally get a commission.

Sport wise I play Curling (only winter season on ice).

Rach, my mum wants me to take up bowling! Not sure I'm a hardened enough drinker though!..

I start my day with some physical activity like a workout or yoga session to boost your energy. Throughout the day, take time to engage in photography, capturing interesting shots during breaks or any spare moments. Practice my musical skills by playing the piano or trumpet, allowing you to unwind and tap into your creative side. In the evening, focus on art and crafts by using AI images for print on demand , creating unique designs for products like T-shirts, mugs, or posters.
