    Nice! I am off to SW tonight for weekly weigh in, so starving until 8.30 then can eat my yummy pot and prawns.

    I go and get weighed after work on a wednesday so by the time its tea time, about 7pm im HANK!!!!!!!

    today we are having a chorizo pasta thingy, one of my fav weekday meals!! its got chorizo in (obv) and balsamic vinegar and tomatos and lots of paprika!

    Ah sweet. I heart the Harvester. I have the BBq chicken or the combo with ribs and jacket spud. Yum yum their salad with blue cheese sauce.

    I know!!! I keep an emergency stash ready for any weather! No mash though... ☹️ we don't buy carbs for evening dinner generally (occasionally wholewheat pasta but defo no potatoes!!)

    this is the only dish he prefers fo hers luckily..shes a crap cook, she rings me all the time to ask how ive done something lol

    I don't know yet - I'm doing my son and his friends tea in a sec (fish fingers, potato wedges and peas) and Mr T works away 4 days a week, so its just me, and a lot of the time I can't be bothered when its just me.

    I LOVE cooking for just me. Boy doesn't eat cheese and I get to make loads of gooey pasta and scoff pizza (not really cooking, I know).

    Mushroom risotto cooked by my lovely husband.. yum yum. He hates mushrooms so cooks it especially for me (he has sausages in his risotto)
