Wonky Hitched?

Is it me or has hitched gone a bit wonky donkey?

My top banner bar is left justified and all the words are big, and the links at the bottom are skewiff?

    The top half seems ok for me but the bottom, below the dialogue boxes, is weird with links I've not seen before.
