So I have come to you for help again!!

Does anyone know of a forum where I could advertise a mobile spray tan service to people? Maybe dancers or body builders something like that without having to pay to advertise as I am just starting out and don't want to pay a fortune on advertising. I know I can't on here

Thanks for your help in advance

OBTW it would have to be in the Guildford area

Gill

Have you checked out if you can perhaps put up notices in local gyms, the spectrum and dance studios?

I would say gumtree but I think they've just started charging.

H advertises for free on a number of business-specific websites, but they're music related so no use to you, sorry.

Have you got friends who can put posters on work notice boards? Board at the post office? Tesco used to do a 'for sale' etc board but no idea if they still do it or if you have to pay.

Freeindex.com is good. Getting some leaflets out there will help, even if you just print them yourself and then deliver them round houses. hairdressers, gyms. Our local school does pamper evenings and quite often have spray tanning going on, ask around and see if anything like that is happening. Good luck!

If you know anyone who works for the local police or council they have pretty comprehensive Freeads online that staff spent a certain amount of time perusing ..... mostly good for cars, kittens and holiday so may be good for you!

I def think the internet is most folks first port of call when they are looking for something. I've tried all kinds of advertising.....paid advertising in magazines, newspapers or flyers just doesn't seem to work....partly because you're reaching out to people that aren't looking for your service. If you have a good website, promote it on the different listing sites, work on the seo or even go down the paid sponsor route (not as expensive as you might think)....people find you!
