Hello everyone. I'm having an emotional breakdown. I don't have very many friends let alone a few I would consider close enough to be bridesmaids so I think I'm going to go it alone and not have bridesmaids. I think k I'm ok with that decision but who on earth will sit with me whilst I get ready?...
Hello everyone. I'm having an emotional breakdown. I don't have very many friends let alone a few I would consider close enough to be bridesmaids so I think I'm going to go it alone and not have bridesmaids. I think k I'm ok with that decision but who on earth will sit with me whilst I get ready? Who are you all having? My mum is quite poorly and sometimes a bit of a mood hoover so I'm not sure about her. I love my fiancé's mum and step mum but again is that weird? Unless I just as his best man's wife and one of the groomsman wives as we kind of all get on well but again we only all get to see each other a couple of times a year so I don't know if that's weird. I am quite comfortable when I'm on my own so I'm sure I can occupy myself and I think I'll get a professional hair and make up person so there's someone to talk too. I suppose my question is has anyone been to a wedding with a similar situation for the bride / are you the same as me and just your thoughts really. Thank you x

I’m sure if you ask some family/friends they could be more than willing. Plus you’ll have your glam squad to keep you company- could always use that extra time to take photos with your photographer too

Many years ago a friend of mine didn't have bridesmaids. I did her hair for her, and was with her getting ready. Whoever you want to get ready with you, that's who you should ask.
