Defrosting/reheating chilli

I'm a planner, so would normally have taken it out of the freezer to defrost this morning, and then cook as normal.

As you already 'made' the chilli last week (I assume cooking the meat making the sauce etc) all you need to do is reheat it (as you already did the 'cooking' part) which can be done just in the microwave in the same way you would a shop brought frozen ready meal.

Yes Funky, all meat fully cooked last week. I never made the association that it is basically like reheating frozen shop bought chilli *facepalm*
