    of course!! here it si!!

    Honeycomb smash cheesecake

    200g butter

    300g digestive biscuits

    2 tsp vanilla essence

500g cream cheese (Philly Light is ok)

    100g caster sugar

    300ml double cream

pack of 4 crunchie bars smashed up

-Melt butter and crush biscuits..add together and add to a lined cake tin (i used 9inch wide one)

    -Set in fridge

-Meanwhile place cream cheese, caster sugar and vanilla in bowl and mix together. Whisk cream in a separate bowl until soft peak stage. Crush honeycomb and stir in. Add to cream cheese mixture and fold in.

-Place mixture ontop of chilled bicuit base and set for a couple hours.

I crumble flake on the top, but you can leave it plain ir but whatever u want on it!!

    All looks fab!!

Sometimes when making a cheesecake i finish it off with swirly melted chocolate - just melt & drizzle all over with a spoon!

What is that swirly thing at the bottom left?

theres no base as such, u start by lining a big bowl with cling film and placing slcies of swiss roll around the edges and bottom. then fill with ice cream and on top pour metled chocolate, freeeze til set.

Then when you come to turn it out, the chocoalte acts as the 'base'!

A friend of mie recently went to an ice cream party (the lady who's birthday it was couldn't drink) Basically the host buys a few flavours of ice cream and all attendees need to bring a topping, sauces, sprinkles, fruit etc. Sounds well nice!

What an amazing idea. Maybe a cake/ice cream party is just the thing? I don't drink either so this could be fun.

Flow - did the scoring work well? Did you make little cards?

    i did!! #hasnolife

I did a table with all the desserts on the left hand side and then 4 columns with /10 in each for presetnation, orginality, skills and taste!! I wish id taken a pic of them now!

everyone then filled in scores after each dessert, and i totalled them up at the end!!

The winner got a golden Wooden spoon and a crown ?

I need more cake makers in my life, my mum and I are the only people I know who bake.

Just about everyone else is of the big fat cheat variety - shop bought ? and SIL just makes chocolate covered kiddie-level tray bakes whenever she's asked to make something for a bake sale

All of those look amazing and I'll be happy to take any extras off your hands. Anytime. Really, no need to thank!
