Elopement for Bride, Groom and Witness

Want to elope in the true sense, romantic but nobody will know. I would still like it to be special and would of liked a woodland ceremony, cake to cut, glass of champers, few photos and over night stay. Does this sort of thing exist? Most Woodland weddings seem to want a whole wedding party. I do understand the money for them is the factor but surely a quick woodland wedding, isnt a big ask and a good income if squeezed in between the biggies. Any thoughts or ideas
