Fancy Dress - Letter B

I know it's way off, but on New Year's Eve, OH's parents are hosting a fancy dress party and the theme is the letter B.

I want to come up with an original idea and ideally would like to piece something together rather than buy a pre-made costume.

Does anyone have any interesting ideas?

    Bob the Builder, Barbara Windsor, Baker Street (could dress as Sherlock Holmes/ a sign), a boob, Betty Boop, bug, Bollywood actress, bin man, Barbie, bananas in pyjamas, broccoli (backcomb your hair, spray green & wear green face paint with green clothes).

    B&B - Bed and Breakfast.

    One person dressed in nightwear and the other with some sort of costume made out of cereal packets etc??
