Our first dance is going to be Here I am by Bryan Adams. It's a song that we both love, and we both said it at the same time when we were deciding, so that's the one! xx

We're having Buddy Holly's "True Love Ways". OH is a Buddy Holly fan and it's quite a short song (thank goodness). I'm worried it's a bit too "lovey" for us, we're not that kind of couple. I'm going to ask the DJ to play Ben E King's "Stand By Me" as a second song which I think is more suited to us.

This is one of my favourite songs of all time. Especially the s&m version. We're having Good Day Sunshine by the Beatles followed by Mardy Bum by Arctic Monkeys. Mardy Bum is 'our' song but we decided to have it as our floor filler rather than first dance.

We're getting married abroad but when we get back we're having Grow Old With You off the film The Wedding Singer, followed by Drops of Jupiter...just because we love it!

We had make you feel my love by Adele. The song I really wanted was Ain't Nobody by Chaka Khan but thought it wasn't very "1st dancey" so we had that as the second dance.

I think your 1st dance should be a personal choice, don't worry what anyone else thinks, or even about the lyrics if the song is special to you.

We are thinking of possibly having an Arctic Monkeys song. Maybe Crying Lightening but it is very tough choice for us we want something that means something to us and that generally means a song we cant really dance too. But we arent fussed.
