Just to add for others..

I was trying to find and add the Supplier Logo from within the FORUM account menu.

You have to add the Supplier Logo from your SUPPLIER ACCOUNT menu via the Directory.

Once the accounts are linked the logo appears

Trying mine in here to see if it works...

I've tried to sign up for the 30 day free trial and it wants me to set up a new login, but I want to do it under this username. I've emailed hitched about this and had no reply. Anyone know how I can do this?

I have just join and was wondering about a few things !

I am listed in the free 30 day trail advertising and i am able to use this forum and can i put my web site details on this.

if i could get an answer to this question it would help.

You can add your website in a signature at the end of your posts if you are listed in the Hitched Directory. You also need to add the "I am a listed supplier" logo under your username before you can answer people's queries otherwise you will get jumped on for advertising! It's a good idea to introduce yourself on the forum too - we're a friendly lot!

Hi there,

To get your logo up just follow these steps:

• Log in to your supplier admin section at www.hitched.co.uk/supplier

• Go into ‘View/edit my profile’ and click on the ‘associate’ button

• If you click on this, you then need to enter your forum login details

• Then 'Ok' this

• Then your done!

Hi and welcome to Hitched. If you are listed in the directory, log in under the supplier section and go into profile. If you click on the associate button and enter your user name on here rather than your business name, it should automatically come up. If not, best to give Hitched a ring because I know a few people have had difficulty.

Still not showing how do i email someone?

My listing is no longer showing up as a Hertfordshire supplier. Has anyone else had any issues?

I think my renewal is due soon(although seriously considering whether to let it lapse due to hitched being too slow to curb unmoderated and unfair advertising). I have had no renewal notification from hitched so unsure as to the exact date....

If a mod or staff person reads this, can you advise please.....

Peter, as far as I know because this happened to me too, they don't send you a reminder anymore. Mine lapsed and I didn't realise and i lost all my reviews too

That is pretty poor practise. I will message Dean and his ream to find out.

The spam advertising on here is really starting to annoy me now. It is every day & there are 2 more now.

I got a renewal reminder last month for this month, have you changed your email address? The spam and the advertising in signatures is driving me mad. Often now it is showing as a tag and people are just doing it for the search engines I think. Sometimes when I report the post it gets dealt with but often it doesn't. I have tried signing up to adverise with the Irish Hitched, but am having absolutely no success or repsonse to emails there
