If I like Mulberry handbags...

What other brands/shops/designers might I like?

I have 3 Mulberrys, but only one I use ALL the time for work. It is a Mitzy Hobo, it's big and I can shove loads in - it is also discontinued. I also have a Bayswater and a Mini Bayswater satchel which hardly ever see the light of day because they are a shoulder bag (which annoys my armpit) or too small respectively. I'm thinking of sticking these on eBay as I really don't use them.

None of Mulberry's current range have caught my eye.

I'm happy for cheap or expensive as long as it is good quality and real leather. I feel like treating myself after the last month!

    I am bag obsessed. Tory Burch and Michael Kors are my current favourite brands. Have you looked at them?

    I agree with TrixyLou - Michael Kors has some nice ones. Not sure on the quality of the leather though. I'll have a wee look and see what else is around at the moment (I'm out of the loop as I can't have any!) and get back to you!

    Me too on the Bayswaters though - let me know if you are selling!! ?

    I have a Michael Kors and love it. Also got a Cambridge Satchel which comes in all different sizes but can be a tad annoying to wear as mine has to be across the body really.

    TKMAXX website currently have a flash sale on handbags. Dolce& Gabbana, Jimmy Choo etc

    Also Brand Alley and Secret Sales often have flash sales for handbags.

    I have a number of Mulberry bags.

    i have now moved on to Balenciaga and Chloe - the leather is much nicer.

    Modalu are lovely. I lusted after a pale lemon one all summer but resisted.

    I once ordered a Chloe Paddington from net-a-porter and I was disappointed with the quality for the price. The lock was a matt black colour and the paint had chipped off a bit. Over-rated in my cabbage.

    Went back to Mulberry after that, then when the credit cards got chopped up went for Ted Baker. Ducky TB have some lovely squishy leathers in bright colours if that's your thing (tis mine). I will take yours off your hands though if a bargain is possible, let us know once listed!

    I used to like Modula until these rebranded them all 'Pippa' grrr I don't like her! HOF sometimes have them half price

    I love my cambridge satchel but TBH I love River Island bags. Not many are leather but they are just so my style. I can't go in at the moment as there are about 12 that NEED to come home with me.

    I also have a lovely Modalu one which John Lewis very nicely price-matched against House of Fraser for me to save me heading to the other end of town. It's tan, real leather and had loads of space for my Mary Poppins-esque tendencies.

    If you like smooshy and unstructured you cant beat Balenciaga for leather and you are spoiled for choice with the colours unless you have a particular year in mind in which case tracking them down is impossible!

    If you prefer structured try Chloe Paraty or some of the Celine's. The Celine bags come in all sorts of colours as well so there are plenty to suit your mood.

    All off the hardware on the Paddingtons chipped which was annoying. On the gold it wasnt as noticeable but my Bleu Nuit Metallic padlock looked horrendous after a while. I did manage to find a new padlock in much better condition but I hated having to be so careful.

    The leather though was so soft and slouchy and made me buy multiple Paddingtons before I sold them all off when I felt a bit silly carrying a bag with a huge padlock...
