Hmm, gotta agree with the free bar thing.
Also, for us, catering for the night before/breakfast on the day (we’ve got our venue for two nights which is amazing but couldn’t afford their prices so having to sort food ourselves). Could I also use the money to have more time off work before/after?!

Oh easy! I would hire out Disneyland Paris (my favourite park) have the ceremony infront of the castle, lovely food and then a free for all on the rides!

I would just have all my friends and family and hope they enjoy our day as much as we do

Some sort of scare maze for the adults as we are having a gothic wedding, an open bar and lots of different bouncy castles/games/face painting etc for the kids.

if we were keeping our venue/wedding the same as it is now I would hire a horse carousel (my fave) and have a hot chocolate bar and hot roasted chestnut stand.

Free bar, a venue where everyone could camp and with music festival vibes (ours kind of is) but without all the work of having it on private land, lots of flowers, less stress of worrying about money haha. Okay, wow, there really isn't a lot I'd do differently.
