low-heel wedding shoes?

MaryJoanna, 30 March, 2011 at 20:24 Posted on Planning 0 14

Hi,

This is my first post, been reading the forum for a few months and though it was about time I joined in :-)

I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for inexpensive places to get low-heel wedding shoes? My fiancé is the same height as me and so I don't want to loom over him in heels! I also really want to feel as comfortable as possible in my shoes on the day so would want something that has an ankle strap for security.

The nice ones I have seen all seem to be quite expensive - I'd like to stick to a budget of £50 if possible! If anyone has seen any on their travels, I'd be really grateful!!

Thanks! x

Thanks for the responses so far! Yes, I do think I'd like to stick to a heel no higher than an inch. I loved these ones from Perditas Wedding shoes, but they're unfortunately over £100!

I'll look again at BHS, they all looked a little higher than I'd like but the prices and styles are good! And Next - another good one to try!
