'New' old Monster Munch

You must have got a dud packet, or else your tastebuds are playing tricks on you! I had some of these divine things on saturday and i was instantly transported back to my 1980 school playground. I love the proper larger size and they are softer and crumblier, instead of those brittle imposters that we've had to suffer for the last 20 or so years. I loooove them. ?

How have I not seen these in the shops yet? ?

Are they doing them in all the original flavours?

The big old ones have returned? When? And why have I not seen them?

You mean the ones you could put on your fingers and pretend they were edible rings??

I saw an advert on the tv about them but i havn't seen any in the shops , will be looking though.

Our shop had them, only very briefly. I went in there and they'd run out of the roast beef ones. I really wanted some as I used to love them! bah!

Does anyone remember Roysters crisps, they're bubbly and they have a t-bone steak flavour. I used to really like them and just found them in a newsagent a couple of weeks ago. mmmm yum.

I am pregnant LouM so it could be that!

I foudn them in the little independent newsagents in the village and they had all the flavours. I can't fit them on as rings cos my fingers have grown, but they are definitely more like the original ones than the ones in the multipacks.

I had to buy hubby a box of 30 when we went shopping in Macro of the beefy ones - he then proceeded to eat 4 packets - just to make sure they were ok ..........................?

I got really excited when these were released again - I LOVE the beef ones! They taste the same to me! All of the shops in my area seem to have run out of the beef ones now though - all the yellow boxes are now stuffed with flamin hot flavour ☹️

But what about pickled onion?

They had pickled onion in the shop near my work - the space where they were is now full of flamin hot too though!

It was a packet of pickled onion that I stuffed into my snout on saturday. hangover disappeared instantly!

Just to confirm i have just discovered the beef ones are YUMMMMY YUMMMY YUMMMY in a sandwich....is that a bit wrong?? didnt seem wrong whilst i was eating it!!!

I have just scoffed a packet of the pickled onion ones. Fantastic!
