OMG I fell in love with a marmite dress!!

I love that expression.marmite dress ha ha. I like your's . I have a tea length dress that is not to everyones taste i am sure but as long as you love it then that is all that matters.

If you feel fab in it then it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. Personally I don't like it because I like clean lines and don't like flouncy dresses but each to their own.

Hi Jenny i completely agree with you.. i was just messing around.. the shock of it was huge... i still can't believe i loved it!! Its sooo not me... Just shows what peps say about what you want and want you get can is totally different!!

Funnily enough a friend of mine had a dress that was sort of similar with the organza layers/ruffles on the bottom and her MIL said the exact same thing during a cat walk! I'm sure her MIL loved the dress on her and probably didn't even remember it from the cat walk. My H said the colour of my dress was like baby sick.....queue tears!

Marmite dress is agreat expression, one person may htink its hideous and another will love it which is so true with so many dresses!

i think it realy suits you and to be fair ive seen a lotworse! so long as you are comfortable and happy with it, thats what counts!

I quite like it! I am not a fan of strapless dresses as a rule but thats quite unsusual- I wouldnt worry what anyone else thinks- they are not the ones wearign it are they?!

I LOVE it but I love anything that's girly, frilly or fluffy and I love Marmite too! I like big wedding dresses and I really like the slanty waist which shows your figure off amazing (amazingly?) You know what I mean!

If you feel amazing wearing it....you'll look amazing!

It is completely down to how you feel in it. I have only been to one dress shop, and have already learnt that every dress looks totally different once being worn.

Not my cup of tea but looks like a great fit on you and if you feel its 'the one; then dont let other opinions sway you!!! if id have let peoples opinions do this, i wouldnt be having a blush wedding dress!!

I really like it too! I think that whatever you wear on the day your H2B will love so I wouldn't worry about that.

I'd say try it on again and see how you feel a 2nd time. if you feel the same, its the one!

Yep i have a marmite dress!

I have said this on various posts in the past!

The way i look at it I LOVE it and frankly i dont care who doesn't like it, ive always dressed to suit me and not others so why should i change it just because it my wedding dress.

I guarentee that love it or hate it, EVEYONE will remember it and talk about it!

I was at a wedding a few weeks ago and i can't remember anything about the dress other than it had buttons down the back. It was nice but thats it, looked like many other wedding dresses out there!

Go for what U love NOT what u think everyone else will love.
