Period wedding date what do i wear?!

I swear by my moon cup. It doesn't have the tss risk of tampons, you can have it in up to 8 hours and I've found since I started using it I don't get cramps. Takes some getting used to though.

I’d say period cup also but would put a panty liner or thin pad in knickers still just in case

I'd suggest looking online for some period pants, they do thong versions which are great as a secondary measure!

Get yourself a moon cup. No need to change as often and far more planet friendly. I find them massively more comfortable. Make sure someone in your entourage has all the ibuprofen!! Deffo a moon cup. Nothing visible. Get wearing one now and you’ll be converted I swear. Not an ad

I second (third) the moon cup, there are also disks you can insert as well. Less period pain, can be a bit messy when emptying but much better overall than anything else I've ever used.

Are you comfortable using tampons, or maybe a moon-cup?

I dont do pads or the moon cup being using tampax since i started at 16 i have never had a problem with them x💗
