Hi!

What do you think about pizza instead of a wedding cake? Is it good idea?

You can have anything you want, it’s your day! We’re having cheese, stacked in tiers. This will also form part of our evening food

Do what feels right for you and also consider if your guests will enjoy/eat it. We are not having a wedding cake (we knew a traditional iced tier cake would not get eaten and didn't want one). We are having a welshcake tower instead. They'll be served with tea in the afternoon lull and we love them and know our guests will eat plenty (plus the leftovers freeze so they'll be coming home!). So if you love pizza and have an appreciative audience go for it! Alternatives like cheese towers, doughnut walls etc are increasingly common and lots of fun so pick what you like.
