Pork belly - what to serve it with?

Mustard mash and wilted spring greens mmm.....

Roasted with sage, apple slices and a touch of water to make a sweet 'jus'. serve with sugar snap peas and mini roast potatoes.

I also like it cut into slices and grilled with BBQ sauce on and serve with salad and onion rings

I usually do dauphinoise potatoes with it and some roasted sweet potato and carrot.

Garlic roast potatoes and honeyed roasted veg

Just an extra helping of pork belly for me! Lovely!

I had exactly this at a wedding at the Hilton. The mash was teeny though and circle shaped and called "fondant", it was blatently mash.

A third vote for this - I would involve black pudding too as i love it with pork belly.

I'd defo go for mash. I think I'd find roasties a bit too rich.

I have had an awesome pork belly chinese style soup with noodles too though that was the bomb!

You could go down the oriental route, rub it with chinese 5 spice and serve with noodles and stir fry.
