I am getting hin a golf club! May seen odd but he has been after this specific one for some time and I would rather get him someting practical that he wants, am not a fan of all the personalised bits as I dont think they get used and stuff with Groom on are only used once. Some people get their OH a bottle of their fave scent, but is really up to you there is no right or wrong, you dont even have to get anything if you decided not to

I’m thinking of getting him a watch and I want him to buy me my wedding day jewellery but I will have to tell him exactly what otherwise it won’t match my scheme 🤣

You don’t have to do any of it though. Totally up to you guys! Don’t feel pressured
I have got him a card for the morning of the wedding and I will probably give him a watch as mentioned.

Ours is another year away yet but I was planning on a nice watch! We will see what funds allow though haha.

I’m getting him cufflinks, personalised. Saying ‘see you at the alter’ and time of wedding of similar.

When we were suit shopping his eyes lit up at the sight of a pair of cuff links, so I’ve got him them. I haven’t told him what they are, but I have told him I’ve got him a wedding gift and how much it cost, because I know well he wouldn’t think to do the same, and if I showed up with a gift on the wedding day and he didn’t have one he’d be absolutely mortified 😅

I’ve done a boudoir shoot for my groom with the plan to have him open the morning of the wedding while we get ready. Xx

I’m waiting for mine to give me a budget… we’ve talked about the idea of presents but that we shouldn’t go crazy and will have a spending limit. I’m thinking of little things anyway though - some socks in case he gets cold feet, some sour sweets (his favourite) for energy, maybe a tiny bottle of booze (if budget permits in a hip flask) to give him Dutch courage etc. That or some cufflinks with the date

I'm buying cufflinks bit with his gran's handwriting on. She died a couple of years ago and they were thick as thieves. xx

A good pen for signing is a) be useful on the day and b) a good memento

Just a thought, lots of other good suggestions Smiley smile

I will hand write a note plus I've got him some expensive aftershave which smells gorgeous and will then always remind me of the wedding. Also a presentation memory box with lots of cards with messages/pictures on, that I will have written and had printed. There's about 40 cards in the box but I'll only give him 10 on the wedding morning. Save the rest until the morning after the wedding.

I love this idea! Weddings are so expensive as is but your ideas are so cute - especially love the socks in case of cold feet!
