I would be up for buying tickets and my preference would definitely be a cancer charity as this is what my dad passed away from but would still buy tickets if we went with another charity

    Hi,

I think it's a great idea to have some non wedding related items so it's a yes from me. Let me know how you want me to list your prize.

    Thanks very much

    I would buy tickets,

I'm happy for any charity but cancer research is always a good choice or what I consider one of the less popular charities like Alzhimers or epilepsy research

Count me in I will give a voucher to the value of £30 for my website. For obvious reasons I would support a cancer charity, McMillan nurses haven't been mentioned, but any is fine. I would also support the Autistic society .

    Carol thank you very much.

Everyone in light of the really sad news from Carol this week my vote is for one of the charities to be MacMillan Nurses since they have been involved with Carol recently. Would you all be agreeable to that? They also were a great support to my late aunt so personally they would be a nice charity to donate to.

I've posted on BT incase they would like to get involved so the second charity could be chosen in the next day or two?

    xx

I'm up for it 2!! Smiley smile All the Charities Mentioned sound great. Chest, Heart and Stroke is another suggestion. My Grand-da had several strokes before he passed away and It means something to me. As does Any cancer research Charity.

I will buy some. Macmillan get my vote as well as well as my aunt has just been admitted into a hospice after being looked after brilliantly by them.

I'll join in the fun. I haven't read through all the pages on this thread so could someone fill me in on how to donate and when the draw date is please. Personally if we're choosing a charity I'd like either a homelessness charity or a cancer support charity but I'll donate whatever the decision.

    Hey

I'm more than happy to help out. Am happy to donate a 20pound gift voucher for anything off of my website.

And I'll support any of the charities stated. We all know someone who has been effected by the god-awful disease cancer; so anything that can help gets my thumbs up.

    K.

    Absolutely fantastic everyone.

Allgold I'll set up Just Giving pages over the weekend and then everyone can buy tickets from there and email me with their top 3 choices and I'll give them their ticket numbers. No draw date has been set as I'll chose a night when my H is away so I'm not ignoring him for too long ?.

    Hello!

I'm obviously not a HIB, and am in no way a professional photographer, but I'd like to offer a prize if that's ok? If I'm treading on any tog HIB's toes, then I don't mind not offering this...

As it's for charity, I'd like to offer a "trash the dress / rock the frock" style shoot - I've never done one, like I said, I'm not professional...but it'll be fun!! The shoot would last about 2 hours and the winner will receive 12 different shots on a disk within three weeks of the shoot. I live in Leicester, so the bride would have to be willing to travel here, as I haven't passed my driving test yet! lol. You'd be free to print the images on the disk as you want (- may I recommend Photobox, for inexpensive, good quality prints.)

You don't have to be an OM, as I will hold the prize until the end of August, for those getting married over the Summer.

I don't have a website, as I'm not professional, but feel free to look at my Flickr photos as they are updated daily.

Ooh la la I think prizes like that are great so welcomed by myself and I don't see how you are threading on toes. Can you email me so I have your email address that the winner can use.

I'll update the list now and use your flickr link there as well. x

Sorry, Lynsey, just seen you need more info from me. Maybe just put something like 'Free CV evaluation and production to provide you with an updated and professional looking CV'.

I've even bored myself writing that but it might help someone out there.

YES!!!! I think someone would be delighted with that and I've had a couple of people ask if I'd do it but I just don't have the time. If you decide how best to organise it let me know as you'd need to consider the postage to and from you.

Thanks, I've added you to the list. Considering a few hitchers have been made redundant rercently your offer could be really helpful and valuable.

Ok I'll do it, we are having a cancer charity aren't we?

I'll cover a pair of shoes in diamantes, similar to mine in my avatar pic (shoes provided by winner and they pay P&P) I'll supply the diamantes. But.... they have to give me a reasonable timeline to do it, say 4 weeks.
