Id just put it on twice, while u sign the reg everyone has a natter and takes photos so im not sure how many ppl will notice!

We're playing One Day Like This twice! I'm walking down the aisle to the instrumental version and then we're having the full version while we sign the register followed by God Only Knows by The Beach Boys.

Can't decide what to have to walk back down the aisle though...

Depending on how good your registrars are, you may find it takes longer. Ours advised us to have 10-12 minutes ready just in case, but we wouldn't necessarily need it all.

We have only decided on two, the first one will be 'Walking in the Air' by Nightwish and then the choir will sing 'Make You Feel My Love'.

Our Canon seemed to think this would be long enough. I hope he's right ?

Oh oh - we're having a civil ceremony too, I didn't think there would be any issue having God Only Knows! I didn't notice God was in the title until you mentioned it... will it really be an issue? It hasn't got a religious tone, in fact it's more 'taking God's name in vain' than religious...

We are having this. Struggled to find a second song in a similar vein but inspiration struck with Movin' On Up by Primal Scream, which carries the gospel choir styleee through very nicely.

You need to be looking at a maximum of ten minutes for the register signing, as the duration can depend on a multitude of factors (like, for instance, whether guests are allowed to take photos).
