A friend of mine wore a knee-length, cap-sleeved dress that was quite simple for her wedding, and I think it was from the Bridal section of Monsoon. It wasn't too expensive, either. Might be worth a look?

She could have one made by a seamstress. It would be bespoke and fit her perfectly. I think there's one called velvet Jones on Instagram, I dint know her but follow her as she's also a burlesque dancer. She was also on ITV for replicating a designer dress from curtains she brought from £5 from a charity shop.

Try Coast, and ChiChi London for high street options that may fit the bill - they may well be worth a look. John Lewis also stock a fair few that match this style so if she wanted to order a few to try at home/go to a high street store to try something on in a more low key environment to ensure it's what she wants that may be a good place to start. Etsy does have a number of sellers who can make simple bespoke dresses (and you can usually spot the ones with reputable customer reviews). Good luck!
