Suits

Have you tried next. They I found theirs pretty reasonable as you can get ones for £150 or less depending on if you want 2 piece or 3 piece

Have you thought about renting the suits? Will save on costs massively, I'm renting ours and they're costing £100 each for a suit that would normally retail for £400

I'm not sure what has happened since our wedding though, as their prices are now stupidly cheap not just cheap - so maybe they've switched from doing well priced quality (I think his suit was 150 pounds discounted from 300) to doing fast fashion.

Update: I see that Burtons used to be owned by Debenhams and of course now it's Bohoo. What a shame, the suit was quality and brilliant value. Another brand to avoid

We’re in the process of looking still, but thought I’d give you an update!
I’ve had some amazing suggestions on this post, however we have went with slaters menswear they have an unreal amount of choice and options. All suits include free alterations so I’d recommend going here! The tailors were all amazing and so friendly and had amazing style and showed us things we’d never have though about. We are also gonna look at next and burtons!

Don't know which area you are in but we went on Saturday to John Francis in Bolton, the suit my OH saw on the website was just what he wanted but wanted to see if it was as nice close up and if not we could look elsewhere, needless to say we had an hour appointment and he was measured and tried on the suit he will be having, the staff are amazing and what a busy little shop, personal service and very relaxed atmosphere would definately recommend the suit is £169 to hire and shoes are also available for men to hire for £15

Slaters are really good and in store include tailoring!
