Table plan and VW camper ideas

Hi I am having a wedding with a slight VW camper van theme running through the reception. Not too much but am using it for table names, favours , cake and would like the table plan to have it too. However no idea what to do with the plan, any ideas anyone? Also any ideas on other ways to bring it in...
