Love it? Hate it? How do you eat it? Any weird combinations out there? I love it and am a traditional girl. Toast, butter and marmite all the way!

Can I just ask what it tastes like? Is it like Bovril? I do like Bovril in a mug, and I do add it into my spag bol etc. Wouldn't be keen to slather it onto toast though.

Peanut butter and marmite is a great combination. On their own I am not fond of either but together...yum!

I prefer Bovril but its been a long time since I had it on toast, I usually have a jar for stuff like spag bol.

Only if it is spread really thinly. Too thick and it makes me cough.

its really nice on roast spuds as well as on chicken.

It's like a salty version of Bovril from what I remember (only ever had Bovril once as prefer Marmite).

I love butter and marmite on burnt toast.

Cheese on toast with marmite is also pretty spesh.

I've eaten it straight off a spoon in the last when raiding the cupboards and had nothing else in.

It can't be good for you to eat it like that though as it is so salty!
