The Snowman - a PG??

I bought the Snowman on DVD to show to my class in Literacy and I was amazed to see that it is a PG! I really need to get parental permission to show it now. Any idea why? Is it because he melts at the end? Seems crazy. I'm off to check the certificate for Bambi now...

It probably contains 'mild peril'! I put finding Nemo on for my class before Easter, didn't think to check the rating!

I can see that some of the Disney films might be PG as they usually have some fairly evil enemy element but the snowman! I

R-A, it is heartbreaking, true. I shall have to issue a warning before I show it I think!
