Venue help!! Looking for a woodland ceremony!

Hiya, there is one in Nottingham which we did look at - I can't find/remeber the name for the live of me but believe its near Oxton/Calverton. I think they do woodland ceremonies. Maybe also look towards Newark way for Nottinghamshire? There was quite a few rural places x

View quoted message We've only found two in Nottingham so far: Sherwood glade, Arnold which is just a tipi in a clearing and also Thorsby Park Weddings in Newark which we are going to see on Saturday. They are the only ones that came up when googling for venues in that area so wondered if there were any others that may be more off the radar. There is one that fits perfectly except that it is not in either of your counties wanted but is in the middle of them both. Its Hopthorpe Hall - the Woodlands I have a gallery from some of my past weddings there here hothorpe-venues-woodlands.

They do have an outside- in the woods ceremony area but also an indoor option. Guest can stay in cabins. And your wedding suite is a tree house, you cant get any more woodlands than that !

I’m down in Kent, but our wedding venue when we got married in May was in the middle of the woods and so perfect. It’s called The Crown Lodge in Wye. There’s plenty of hotels around for lots of guests and the team there were amazing

A bit of an alternative route but my sister had a gorgeous woodland wedding in a scout camp! They had to do the legal ceremony in a registry office a few days before, hire a marquee for the reception and it was a LOT of DIY but it was really lovely and so different. I'm not sure what woodland scout camps are around Warwickshire but might be worth a look

Yes this is the only venue in Warwickshire we could find, already viewed it and we do like it but wanted a few options.
