I also hate this fashion, and a work colleague takes a more "militant" line when she spots someone wearing their trousers round their knees - she tells them the story behind it, usually works a treat.

I think he needs a bigger size. I look like this if I try to get into size 10s.

It does concern me that a) these boys don't know what the wearing of the trousers like this means & b) how stoopid they look & c) the potential damage to muscles etc from walking like a penguin to keep them held up!
