I'm sitting here eating parma ham straight from the packet and I'm now on my last slice.

Am I only allowed one? ?

I'm with you on the parma ham. An open pack is an empty pack as far as I'm concerned.
Baby beetroot. Again I will eat an entire pack, usually with pretty dire consequences. [:I]
    Fresh raspberries. I cannot resist.

And on the unhealthy side, just for balance:

Cheese - just about any sort, including 'porn' cheese like Le Roulé and Laughing Cow. I almost bought Primula in a tube today but stopped myself. ?
Tesco Finest Belgian Chocolate Mousse, currently 2 for £1.

    Chips and crisps.

If I thought I could eat both every day without getting really fat or dying of heart disease before the age of 30 then I would.

Cheese I suppose - but I have got a grip of that now and I only eat it three times a week at the most. My real downfall is wine, hardly a night goes by without a glass or two.

Biscuits, in particular, I cannot refuse a bourbon.

Also, Cheese, Bread, Grapes, Pineapple, Smarties, and Chocolate in general.[:I]

But I have to be honest, and admit that I have got my cravings under control these days, after 18 months of dieting healthy eating, so I very rarely overdo it.

Any and all cheese. I'm on a diet at the moment and hadn't eaten cheese for sooo long...made the mistake of eating one of my sons Babybels a few days ago and I was ruined (ate the whole bag[:I][V])

Also when I eat crisps (another thing i've not eaten for ages), I can't stop at one bag, although I won't tell you how many I can get through?)

I'm with you on the parma ham. I regularly eat a whole packet just as a snack. I do the same with salami which is even worse in terms of calories!

This is making my mouth water ?

I too am a cheese whore. Give me a runny brie and a box of crackers and I'd finish the lot. Especially if there's some mango chutney to be had too.

Crisps I'm not a fan of.

Oh and it's a proven fact that once I open a Terry's Chocolate Orange I will finish it in the same sitting. I simply can not leave any. [:I]
